My favourite style is not available Our website is designed to feature real-time inventory levels so that only in-stock items are visible and available for purchase. If the item you would like to purchase is currently out of stock or not offered at all, we apologize for the inconvenience. But please contact us (info@gold-marie.com) and ask for eventually reorder. b.) Measurement chart You find measurement charts for our favourite styles at the main menu point „more“. c.) How can I pay? You can choose between the following payment methods: 1. Credit card (moneybookers) to use this payment you must have an account at moneybookers.com 2. PayPal to use this payment you must have an account at paypal 3. prepayment (check or bank transfer) for prepayment per banktransfer see our bankinformations. If you want to pay with check, look to it that the check will send to us via certified mail and it`s most important to pay all charges incurred, so there is a fee over 15Euro to honor a check from other countreis in Germany. Goldmarie will not pay for this fees. So please calculate the fees on top of your invoice. My shipping fee and delivery time Within Germany the charges for shipping and handling are EUR 7,40 flat up to an order amount of EUR 500,-. In case of higher order amounts we offer free shipping. Can I send the articles to another address than the billing address? You can have a delivery send to another address than your own (i.e. to your office, to friends or neighbours) - that means that your order will not be delivered to the billing address. 2. Help with an existing order a.) Order confirmation When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes (not at the weekend). If you do not receive an eMail within two days, send us an eMail to info@gold-marie.com before placing another order. b.) Order changes If you want to change your order, please send us asap an eMail and we will do our utmost to change the order. c.) Order tracking While handing over your order to our logistical partner ups, if you don`t receive your order during the ordinary shipping time (after you received an email with the note that your order is shipped) send us an email (info@gold-marie.com) and we will track with the help of the tracking number of the ups package to see where your order is. 3. Return/ Exchanges a.) How do I return an item? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice, unused and in original packaging. All costs for shipping (even for return or exchange) are to pay by the customer. UNLESS, some article is delivered in a wrong size or colour or the article is demaged. Then you can send the order back by cash on delivery. In this case please contact us by mail (info@gold-marie.com) or by phone (+49 40 43 179 103) and tell us the situation that we can check the case before the return arrived. b.) How do I exchange an item? If you want to exchange an item please put a clear written note onto your return and let us know which size or colour or style you would like to receive instead of the original ordered size or colour or style. c.) After we have received your return, we will notify you via eMail that we have received your return. Upon receipt of your return, allow us up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card or bank statement. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable. 4. Privacy/ Security a.) How secure is Goldmarie online shopping? We use software to provide the highest level of SSL encryption technology. All personal data (especially your accounting and credit card information) will be encrypted before leaving your PC. It is not possible for outsiders to read this data. b.) Why do I need to key in my telephone number and date of birth while ordering? We use your personal data according to the legal regulations in cases like the order processing as well as for customer care.
